Program description. J. Johnston Insurance Services, Inc. operates an SMS messaging program for the purpose of communicating with existing and prospective clients about insurance quotes, policy servicing, claims status, billing reminders, appointment confirmations, document requests, and renewal notices. This is a non-marketing program — we will not send promotional or advertising messages through this channel.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder of the mobile device to enroll. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS messages, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
How to opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
